When I first met Allie Parks at Keller Williams DTLA, she shared her goal of making it in real estate within 6 months. I remember thinking, 'That’s ambitious,' and told her she’d need to work her butt off to make it happen. We had an honest talk about what it would take, and I could tell she was serious. After that, we started having regular one-on-ones, and she’d always come in with her numbers, showing me how many calls she made. Unlike most people I’ve mentored, who often fall short, Allie was relentless. Great energy at the Tom Ferry event in San Diego with 8 of our agents! In 2018 I attended a Tom Ferry event that changed the trajectory of my career. To be able to have all of our agent attend this amazing even free of charge was a game changer! If you have never been to a TF even you have to go. It gives you perspective and allows you to take stock of what your doing well and also what you could improve upon.

At this event We explored the latest in real estate and AI, and left with powerful strategies to move the needle. One solid takeaway is all it takes—execution over everything!
