Accounting Manager (MTR)

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations, lead the month-end close process, support domestic and international audit activities, and drive continuous improvements across the accounting function. This role is ideal for a technically strong CPA with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. Review financial results to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. Prepare financial reports, cash flow analyses, and management reporting. Coordinate and support U.S. and international audits, including audit schedules and external auditor requests. Assist with regulatory compliance, tax filings, and internal control activities. Lead, mentor, and develop members of the accounting team while ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and support ERP system enhancements. Partner with finance leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Active CPA license required. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management responsibilities. Public accounting experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting U.S. and international audits. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools is preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Practice Lead to take ownership of this rapidly expanding capability and help define the future of AI-first discoverability in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Own and scale GEO/AIO practice, including strategy, methodologies, accelerators, and service offerings. Build and lead a world-class team to deliver against a rapidly growing pipeline of client engagements. Partner across Creative Agency, Peer-to-Peer (Medical Communications), Content, Web, Omnichannel, Digital, Media, massive Data asset, and AI practices to deliver end-to-end GEO outcomes. Drive enterprise-wide education and adoption of GEO across commercial, marketing, digital, web, content, and medical organizations. Serve as the external face of our GEO practice through client advisory, executive engagements, conferences, publications, and thought leadership. Help shape how life sciences brands are discovered, trusted, and recommended in an AI-first world.
Requirements:
Deep expertise in digital media, paid and organic search and a strong understanding of emerging GEO/AIO and AI-powered search ecosystems. Experience building and scaling consulting, digital, or search capabilities. A passion for innovation and thought leadership, with the executive presence to influence both clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare is strongly preferred.
