Last year the real estate market showed great signs of rebounding w/ interest rates dropping, the gov't shutdown did slow the market some, but now that we have turned the corner to 2026 the market is picking up, Buyer activity is up and now it's time to list your home w/ inventory still on the low end. Spring market is set to be very busy w/ rates projected to drop a few more times this year.
