Oh my goodness, we can’t go down memory lane and forget about the good old roller rink! 🛼✨
Back when Friday night plans meant lacing up a pair of skates, hoping your crush would notice you, and trying not to wipe out in front of the entire rink. 😂
The music was loud, the lights were magical, and somehow we all survived the couples skate, the hokey pokey, and that one friend who thought they were training for the Roller Olympics.

I finally made it down to the basement to work on all those patriotic images I’ve been making for y’all….
Unfortunately, my brain spotted a frickin Hobby Lobby star, some scrap wood, and a bow.
So naturally, I’m now making something completely different. 🤦♀️😂
This isn’t finished yet—just a little peek—but if history repeats itself, I’ll spend three hours making this, forget why I went downstairs, and then rediscover the original project sometime around Christmas.

I’ve discovered that lukewarm coffee is just hot enough to disappoint you and just cold enough to make you grumpy. 😂
Since I’m still behaving and following doctor’s orders, I think I’ll spend some time playing with this old barn and sheep image I made instead. It seems like a much better use of my energy than arguing with my coffee.
