Wanderlust on a Shoestring

‘Twas the week of thanksgiving and NYC is getting ready for the Parade! Tomorrow we will go to see the Balloons inflated, probably the most fun day in NYC for the kids. And not nearly as intimidating as most seem to think.

9 months to the day of her mother’s passing from COVID-19, this elf embodies the spirit of strength and resilience we could all learn from. Happy Holidays.

Last evening we went to take photos at Liberty State Park and thought Sienna about 9/11. It was amazing to see the amount of firefighters and first responders paying respect.

Have you visited Coney Island? We love walking the boardwalk even in the winter, which is exactly what we did today. While the rides aren’t going and not all the boardwalk spots are open, there’s still plenty of things going on - like visiting the sharks at the NY Aquarium and running on the beach!
