This event at Black Desert Resort was all about bold colors, vibrant details and creating an atmosphere that felt fun from the moment guests arrived.

From the florals and lounge setups to the glowing furniture and dance floor, every detail came together to create an experience that was playful, energetic and impossible to miss.

We’re still obsessed with how everything came to life once the sun went down.

Mountain views, blue skies, fresh air and an afternoon spent outside in one of our favorite spots in Park City. Honestly, sign us up every time!

This event brought together so many of the things that make Park City special. Guests enjoyed the Flying Ace All-Stars, soaked in the area’s Olympic spirit and spent time connecting in a setting that showcases the very best of Utah.

As the day turned into evening, everyone gathered for a beautiful reception and dinner surrounded by thoughtful details, incredible hospitality and views that seem to go on forever.

From outdoor experiences to unforgettable evenings, this was a perfect reminder of why Park City continues to be such a special destination for meetings, incentives and events.
