Because of that unwavering commitment, we have earned the right to think bigger, push further, and build a stronger foundation for the generations that will follow us.

Today, we are incredibly proud to announce a monumental milestone in our company's history. HWH has officially acquired the former Turner Industries Pipe Fabrication Facility right here in Paris located just down the road from our current headquarters. This is not just an acquisition of land and steel; it is a major investment in our shared future, our families, and our hometown.

This world-class facility represents a massive upgrade to our operational capabilities and provides the footprint required to support our evolution as a turn-key solutions provider spanning design-build construction, civil site utilities, industrial modular pods, and complex program management. Over the coming months, we will systematically execute two major strategic transitions:

•𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫: We will move our entire current fabrication shop into the massive Turner facilities. To maximize this world-class space, we are investing in a multi-million dollar technology expansion, bringing in automated equipment to aggressively extend our market reach, enhance our structural steel and piping production, and solidify HWH as a national industrial leader.

•𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐛: We will move all corporate headquarters offices, people, and functions to the larger, modern office facility at the new site. Bringing our operational, design-build, manufacturing, logistics, and administrative teams together under one premier roof will reduce operational friction and accelerate our shared growth.
