Throughout her professional journey, her passion for people and relationships has remained consistent; from implementing software to make someone’s job easier, to coaching co-workers and friends through difficult situations, mentoring young girls, feeding and ministering to the homeless, or volunteering for any cause that has tugged at her heart and shaped her journey. With every opportunity to lend a hand, Erika’s passion grew deeper and more profound until she accepted the calling on her life and decided to formally acknowledge her gifts by pursuing her certification as Professional Coach and creating From Distraction to Destiny Coaching. Erika now owns her own private practice where she coaches individuals, couples, and groups. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her two sons and close friends.
