OFFICE HOUR UPDATE: CLOSED Saturday December 27th due to snow! The office will re-open for normal hours on Monday 12/29! Please call 201-634-9004 to schedule! Remember, protect your spine/back when you shovel- bend your knees, keep your back straight, try not to pivot or twist, keep the shovel close to your body, push the snow when possible, take breaks and stay hydrated!
