A Dramaturgy of Actions encourages actors to create a physical score: a carefully crafted sequence of actions, gestures, eye focus, breath, and movement designed to reveal a character’s inner life. Rather than relying solely on emotion, actors learn to communicate meaning through intentional physical choices.

On camera, where even the smallest details are visible, this approach can bring greater specificity, depth, and artistry to a performance.

Zack is a Jewish-American actor and comedian. He made his Off-Broadway Directorial debut early in his career at the Abingdon Theatre Company (NYC) while attending Quinnipiac University. He is an alumnus of the Actors Studio Drama School (MFA Actor). Zack recently made waves with his film Directorial debut, “Casa Del Monty,” in 2022, an ambitious one-take off-beat comedy. Most recently, you can see him in “Worst Day Ever” (Tubi) and in the award-winning Nightmare on Elm Street Fan Film “Dream Girl” (Youtube). Zack has also had a full career in graphic design, which continues to influence him creatively.
