My name is Zachary Farrer and I am 23 years old, I work at a local Charter school in Paradise CA. I also have been coaching JR Football in Paradise, winning back to back Championships. My main focus is defense because I truly believe defense wins championships.

At Speed Agility and Development our goal is to make student-athletes have more flexibility, because with any sport the best ability is availability! That starts with not getting injured and being durable.

Footwork; ladder drills go hand in hand with coordination and having complete awareness of what our feet, hands, arms, and head is doing. Mastering your footwork really is the key to be a level above the competition.

And lastly, staying in shape and increasing overall strength, no weight lifting required. Mainly callisthenic workouts.

My personal goal is to get student athletes prepared for the next level to continue on their athletic journeys. Teaching them the right technique and creating good habits to really up their game.

I was taught by a personal coach I had when I was growing up, from the age of 11 to 16 years old. My claim to fame is a guy that was also apart of the program, his name is Josh Oliver and currently on the Ravens roster in the NFL.
