Happy 4th of July everyone! We will be CLOSED today to allow our staff to enjoy 250 years of America with their friends and family. We will reopen tomorrow, July 5th, at 5:00 pm. We hope everyone has a safe and fun time celebrating the independence of our country!

Starting the week off hot with two features!
For the sushi feature we have the Volcano Roll! Inside is spicy tuna and cucumber topped with avocado, Kani salad, tempura crunch, green onion, sesame seeds, sweet soy, and spicy mayo.
For the drink feature we have the Golden Hour! Blood orange juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, St. Germaine, and a prosecco floater.

You will be served three pieces of sashimi, two pieces of nigiri, and a special roll with tuna, avocado, and cucumber topped with tuna, Asian salsa, ponzu sauce, and sweet soy.

Summer is here and Executive Chef Rob has the perfect salad feature to keep you refreshed with the heat!
The watermelon burrata salad is bursting with flavor mixed with sweet watermelon, house made burrata cheese, baby arugula, and heirloom tomatoes. To finish it off, it is topped with a Fresno chili vinaigrette and toasted pistachios!
