We just wrapped Work^AI in San Francisco last week - a half-day of honest dialogue on scaling agentic AI with Enterprise MCP.

Speakers from Workato, Snowflake Inc., and Monte Carlo - including Okhtay Azarmanesh and Barr Moses - all pointed to the same core challenge: deploying AI agents is the easy part, but getting measurable business value from them requires the right architecture, governance, and organizational foundation to turn intelligence into meaningful action.

The throughline across every session? Governance isn't optional.

IT leaders are the ones who need to own it, and the organizations succeeding with AI aren't the ones with the most tools - they're the ones who built the foundation to use them well.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in person and virtually.

What separates AI experimentation from AI at scale? For Samsara, it comes down to orchestration.

Rather than deploying AI across isolated tools, Samsara is building a foundation where agents work together toward a shared business goal. By deploying an AI agent for their IT help desk, they broke through a 20% automation ceiling, reaching 30-40% and giving their team the capacity for more meaningful work.

Workato's Gaby Moran sat down with CIO Stephen Franchetti to explore what that foundation makes possible - and what the future of enterprise AI really looks like.

We just got back from Snowflake Inc. Summit 2026 and wow, what a week it was!

The Workato team had an incredible time last week in San Francisco - the conversations, connections, and energy made it one of our favorite Snowflake Summit appearances yet. A big thank you to the Snowflake team for bringing together such an incredible community of data and AI leaders.

Our Field CTO of Data, Avinash (Avi) Deshpande, took the stage for "Data Orchestration to Activation with Enterprise MCP & Agentic AI " - digging into how enterprises can get more out of their Snowflake data, from the pipeline all the way through to AI agents acting on it in real time. Great energy in the room and at our booth all week!

We ended the week on a high note with an executive dinner co-hosted with our partner Eide Bailly - sharp, focused conversation on security, governance, and getting the orchestration layer right.

A Summit for the books! Thank you to all who connected with us onsite!

Confidence in AI is at an all-time high, and launching a pilot is easy. Where the challenge lies is tying it to real business outcomes.

Our CIO, Carter Busse, is featured in a piece in CIO alongside key research from Economist Enterprise pointing to a critical gap: too many companies are still measuring AI adoption rather than impact, with AI living at the edges in disconnected tools rather than woven into the core processes that run the business.

For enterprises looking to maximize their AI investments, Carter points to what successful organizations have in common: defining success metrics upfront, deploying AI against specific operational problems, and making it a core part of how the business runs - not an afterthought.
