So sad that I’m giving up my tutoring office after all these years. 😢🥹 It’s my Zen spot, a place I found peace and quiet, away from the day-to-day hassles and stresses, a place where I enjoy educating, relaxing while I watch sports, meditating, and wallowing in deep thoughts. 🧘‍♂️🤔

I am not giving up tutoring, not at all, but the property manager made me an offer I couldn’t refuse: have unlimited use of the three conference rooms, give up the office, and only pay half of my current monthly rent. If I’m not in the country, then I don’t pay!

So, goodbye old memories … hello new ones in the Philippines. I’ll be on a hiatus for a bit there, online tutoring and working on my next biz venture … Day Trading! I’m the Filipino Troy Polamalu, never not working!
