Working with Lorena Semerenko from the Semerenko Team, the goal was to keep the edit modern enough to catch a younger audience’s eye, while still making sure the home and the agent feel polished and professional.
A few things we leaned into: smooth pacing, natural light, and letting the space speak without over editing. Sometimes less really does more.

Stepping out of our usual Antelope Valley desert scenes and heading into Big Bear is always a refreshing switch more trees, more texture, and way more to play with from the sky.
This one was one of those properties that just works from almost every angle. Between the greenery, the way the light hit the home, and the surrounding views, it made capturing both photo and drone shots feel effortless.
Funny how trends always come back full circle, for a while everything was vertical, but now horizontal real estate videos are making a strong comeback too. Different styles of content all have their purpose, and sometimes a full walkthrough in horizontal just gives you more room to really showcase the flow of a home. This latest property video was all about creating that clean, cinematic feel while still giving buyers a true sense of the space. Big thanks to Lorena Semereko and the Semereko Team for always bringing so much energy and passion to what they do. It’s always a good time working with people who genuinely love their craft.
