ROBOLIGHTS itself is an international legend through numerous media publications that include the Conan O'Brien show in 2010, BBC travel Channel, Shipping Wars, TLC, HGTV etc. What happens when you combine Santa Claus & Robots? A massive whimsical futuristic winter wonderland set in the North pole through a parallel universe. Built by artist Kenny Irwin. Started in 1986 at age 12, I wanted to create a physical wonderland of lights combined with fantasy of imaginary other worldly north pole themes run by robots. The display features a life time's worth of monumental and variety complex art that spanning nearly thirty five years from the time I was very little where I made my first large outdoor found art robot at the age of nine. Ofcorse I have been creating art in one form or another since I was practically born. Though ROBOLIGHTS is an extraordinary experience for people of all ages and back grounds to inspire imagination and creativity in people as well respect for the limited resources of our world. When you step into ROBOLIGHTS, You are taken into a parallel universe walking through immensely long zig zagging pathways over two acres that lead up to hundreds of giant robots & huge displays everywhere, rocket sleds and art created out literally close to an apx thousand tons of donated junk that has come from family, neighbors, friends etc that would have otherwise ended up in a land fill but has been transformed into art everyone can enjoy.
