Hogs Baseball

***Calling ALL HOGS!!!***

Oil up your gloves and kick the cob webs off your cleats! Anyone who has played or been associated with the Hogs baseball club or the Coachella Valley Adult Baseball League is welcome!

As some of you might have guessed, we are organizing a much anticipated Hogs reunion weekend, Starting on Friday November 14th with an evening gathering event. Saturday the 15th we will hopefully see all the eras together and play! Sunday the 16th we will have a golf outing for those interested.

Look for more details in the coming weeks. There will be a cost around $50.00 per player to cover the field, possibly umpires, and a small gift. We encourage you to start to making travel and hotel arrangements due to the fact it will be in the high season.

Your welcoming committee will be Brad Durso, Mike Aboumrad, Jarrod “Pepper” Dougherty, and Joe Duffle. Please reach out to one of us with any questions.

Today’s featured Hog. Terry T Miller. Lovingly referred to as Taco Terry, he was a key to a lot the Hogs success on the bump. Terry had a rubber arm and when he was on and if we brought our gloves that day, he was one of best pitchers in the league. Terry never backed down or shied away from a fight. A classic Hog quality!

Ironically the photo of Terry hitting may have been one of the only at bats he took. 🤣
