Upon moving to SE Florida, she transferred this knowledge to work for a local developer, Wood Partners, as a Development Manager. Managing all aspects of the real estate life cycle from land acquisition to build out and finally to sales, Jess realized the most important aspect of the business, along with market knowledge and industry expertise, is customer satisfaction.
