agencies and one of the comments that was written by a State Inspector during our last DEMO inspection was “Putnam County is a model of excellence” as our organization received an “Exemplary” rating. The two Fire Station locations that we staff were recently rated by the Insurance Service Organization (ISO). These same two locations obtained two of the top ISO ratings in the County which directly impacts homeowner Fire insurance rates in these areas. Fire & EMS works very closely with the Chief of Emergency Operations & Preparedness (Chief Quin Romay) as he plays an instrumental role in Fire Service Operations in conjunction with his other Fire &Emergency Management duties.
