There's love in the air...or is it smoke? Well, yeah, it's definitely smoke. We love smoke. In fact, we're so comfortable with smoke that it's become a part of our very souls! We smoke meat, we smoke beans, we even smoked a beer! We've got so much smoke it's literally spilling out of the building! If you need a reprieve from the smoke outside, make your way inside to enjoy a whole array of culinary delights this weekend:

Friday: Bleu's Burger will be an extremely rich 10oz Brisket Burger stuffed with copious amounts of Bleu Cheese & topped with Steakhouse Bacon on a toasted Onion Brioche Bun. We'll also have Pastrami, Maple Bourbon Smoked Salmon, Tamales, The Super Katz, Turkey, & more Fri-Sun while supplies last!

Saturday: The Pastrami Rib is back by popular demand and it'll be a MASSIVE Pastrami-fied Beef Short Rib that'll start curing Monday so that Pastrami-ness is infused into every bite! Our dessert special for Saturday AND Sunday will be our classic Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie! AND you can catch CCK Mobile @ the Palatine High School Summer Track Meet from 11am-2pm or sell-out!

Sunday: Pork Chilaquiles are gonna be an absolute mess of Salsa Verde-soaked Tortilla Chips covered in Pulled Pork, Pickled Onion, Cotija, Cilantro, & a Fried Egg.
