Know someone headed to college? Could they benefit from an increased awareness, confidence, and tactics to stay safe? This intensive mini-course will equip them with a defensive mindset and realistic self-defense techniques.
They don't have to be "college bound" to benefit from the skills learned. We welcome anyone who would like to know some solid self-defense skills in a short amount of time!
