Chef has his pit fired up with 19 pork butts on for the Ozark FFA Booster Club Bingo night. Tomorrow night Friday, come down to the OIC, play some bingo and have some pulled pork that is Off The Rails!

How bittersweet it is to see so many familiar faces today. What a way to spend the last day of business.

Did you know that my pit is 100% wood fired? Yup that’s right, I am up all night making sure this thing is fired up just right to get that beautiful smoke ring and flavor on the BBQ.

No gas pit overnight here!
