I ask each of my clients the same 3 questions below:

1. What are you most proud of?

“I’m most proud of both my b***y and abs. I’m also happy I’m cautious of what I eat now. It definitely helps me get up in the morning feeling healthy and productive.”

2. What could you have done better?

“I wish I could’ve did more of my general cardio workouts.”

3. What’s your motivation to continue?

“The way I’ve been feeling every morning has got to be my motivation to continue. Also, with what I eat my skin feels more clear and is glowing”.

When things get tough and you feel as though your back is against the wall, just remember WHY you started. This happens to the best of us, I can't tell you how many times I've been in this position.....where quitting felt like the only option, where defeat was the only feeling in my gut.

REMEMBER

WHY you started and WHY you want it in the first place! KEEP pushing forward; place one foot in front of the other and WORK toward your goals, your aspirations, your dreams.
