Scratch Sandwich Counter

It is bittersweet to announce that today was Scratch's final day of service. Over the last 5 years, we have been honored to serve Ventura county.

I’m incredibly grateful for our team for helping to take Scratch from a food truck to a brick-and-mortar restaurant, and thankful to our guests for their patronage throughout.

At this time I am continuing to focus on other projects, including helping to lead Chef José Andrés's non profit, World Central Kitchen.

I step forward in pursuit of crafting a life that is more thoughtful, healthy and sustainable for myself and my family.
