For this listing I helped the agent re-brand it’s whole image after sitting on the market for a month with no traction. As you can see in the first picture they took the photo with their phone and the house comes out almost looking either gray or tan but in reality after I shot it professionally you can see it is actually blue. So many reasons like this to use professional photography for your listings to see the correct details and get the full scope of the home as well.
