Zentangle® is a meditative art form founded by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas. The art is composed of "one stroke at a time," and is created by repeating strokes to form patterns. Much different than doodling, Zentangle® art is mindful, as opposed to mindless. In our workshops and Zen-Gatherings, participants will learn about the history of Zentangle® as well as the Zentangle® Method as we learned
