Job Description:
Clinical Training Institute is seeking an experienced and dynamic Campus Manager for our Santa Maria, CA location. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, managerial, and sales skills. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage campus operations, drive student enrollment, and ensure high-quality educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day campus operations
Manage and support administrative staff and faculty
Drive enrollment through effective sales strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Foster a positive and productive learning environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administration, management, and sales
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
HS Diploma

Compensation:

Base pay: $2,500 per month
Commission: $100 per enrollment
