Finishing up on this 600sf ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit). Cleaning up site.
We are ready for this footing inspection. This will be a 340 sq ft ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit). This will generate an extra rental income for these homeowners. So exciting. 🤩

Another Project...
I was out on a signing - noticed the cardboard mock up the clients had constructed . I mentioned that we were General B Contractors. First words out of his mouth, “Do you want to give us an estimate?” Well you know the rest... Yes, we took on this project! Absolutely Gorgeous! Happy Clients!
