What does freedom mean to you?

I teach freedom in a more practical way:
❀️ The freedom to know where your food comes from.
🀍 The freedom to cook a meal from real ingredients.
πŸ’™ The freedom to grow, access, and source whole foods.

πŸ’œ The freedom to ask questions, think critically, and make informed choices instead of simply following marketing.

Those freedoms aren't guaranteed.
They're taught.

Every week in Freedom Kitchen, kids learn practical cooking skills, but they're also learning geography, agriculture, culture, economics, science, and how food connects us all.

They're discovering that confidence doesn't come from memorizing facts.
It comes from knowing they can figure things out.

That's the kind of independence worth celebrating.
Happy Independence Day. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Wrapping up the recipe testing phase.
Working on cooking videos and then the lesson plans.
I am working hard to create new, unique classes for 2026-2027.
I hope everyone is enjoying their Summer.
