➡️ Prior to joining MENTOR Maryland | DC, Sadiq spent years as a community, youth development and education consultant with a focus on working with and serving boys and young men of color in a variety of settings ranging from schools to juvenile detention centers.
➡️ Sadiq worked in retail management at both the store and district level.
➡️Sadiq holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the historically black university, Morgan State University and a master’s of business administration from University of Maryland – University College.
