Please join us in welcoming Stacey R. Blaylock, MSW, LCSW, to her new role as Clinical Director for the Oklahoma First Responder Wellness Division.

Stacey brings a wealth of experience in behavioral health, trauma informed care, and program development, along with a deep personal commitment to those who serve. For nearly a decade, she has served as Director of the Social Work Program and Assistant Professor of Social Work at Oral Roberts University.

As a law enforcement spouse of 13 years and a mother of five, she understands the unique challenges faced by first responders and their families. In this role, she will lead efforts to strengthen brain health, physical health, and spiritual well being for first responders across Oklahoma, advancing a culture of resilience, support, and sustainable wellness.

We are excited to see the impact of her leadership in supporting those who protect and serve our communities.

It was an honor to have Mary Ann Bench stop by The Bench Foundation office for lunch today. đź–¤

It’s always so special to spend time with her and reflect on the sacrifice of Trooper Leon Bench, along with the strength and perseverance of Mary Ann and Chelsea. Their continued support helps us carry on his legacy and honor his namesake each and every day.

The On Call Project (OCP) helps first responders transition from retirement into a new chapter of life—providing support that makes a real difference in the mental health of those who give so much to others. We’re grateful to be out here supporting such an impactful mission!

April 19th will always hold a deep weight in Oklahoma.

The lives lost in the Oklahoma City bombing are never forgotten—and neither is the impact it left on the hearts and minds of first responders, families, and our entire community.

Tragedy doesn’t end when the scene is cleared. For many, it lives on in the quiet moments, the memories, and the weight carried long after.

That’s why the Oklahoma First Responder Wellness Division exists.

To stand in the gap.
To remind those who serve that their mental and emotional health matters just as much as their physical safety.
To provide support, connection, and resources—on the hard days, and every day after.

Today, we remember.
And we recommit to taking care of those who continue to answer the call.
