As I sit here and reflect on these past several days, I would like to share how I feel. Every team has challenges on and off the field; this team is no different. What is different is the resilience of these players - it is them and their ability to learn from mistakes and grow as young ladies, who, though inexperienced at times, persevere as a team and as individuals. The players and young ladies they are today is a testament to their growth. Someday, all we will have are the memories of this time we share as a TTP family, so let's enjoy the moment. Our players will see it and feed off of it, carrying it to the field on game days. I'm sure we will have struggles ahead, but to see the change in them is magnificently amazing. We win as a team and lose as a team and as a family. It's a team sport, and it's not for individuals who seek all the glory but then place blame. Accepting accountability is growth, and we have grown. Love your sport and your accomplishments, but more than that, love your teammates.
