The Overbrook Public Library opened at its current location in February of 2014, and includes an expanded space for library collection and a community room. This expansion was sparked by a generous gift from the late Glen and Claudine Norton. OPL is a member of the Northeast Kansas Library System.
The Library will be closing early today due to weather. The puzzle exchange will be available again tomorrow. Stay safe!!

It's Kyle's end of the year wrap-up time! I've got my final total from my Goodreads Year in Books and I logged 135 book this year! This is a record for me.
My favorite book of the year was My Friends by Fredrik Backman. What was your favorite book of 2025??? I'm always looking for recommendations!
I thought I'd throw out a list of the 18 I gave 5 stars below. I read a LOT of LitRPG books this year, since the Dungeon Crawler Carl series was by far my favorite series of the year and got me into the genre, so they are pretty overrepresented here compared to a normal year.
