Mother’s Day is not beautiful for everyone.💜💜
For some women, today is filled with flowers, laughter, and children running into their arms.
But for others, today opens wounds that never truly close.
Today, we remember the mothers whose children now live in Heaven.
The mothers who would give anything to hear their child say “Mom” one more time.
The mothers who still buy flowers for a grave instead of a kitchen table.
The mothers whose hearts left this earth with their child.
We remember the women who longed to become mothers,
the women who prayed, hoped, waited, and carried dreams that never came to be.
The women whose arms ache from never getting to hold the baby they already loved so deeply.
Grief does not disappear because the calendar says “Happy Mother’s Day.”
Love like this does not end.
A mother’s love is eternal.
So today, if your heart feels heavy,
if tears come out of nowhere,
if you feel forgotten while the world celebrates,
Please know this:
Your love matters.
Your motherhood matters.
Your child matters.
And you are not alone.
Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful daughter Alisha in Heaven.
I know she is the most beautiful mother to Ava.
With love for every grieving mother today,
The Purple Project 💜

On this sacred Good Friday, we stand at the foot of the Cross… a place of deep sorrow, but also of unimaginable love.
At The Purple Project, we know what it means to carry the cross of grief. We know the silence, the ache, and the questions that don’t have easy answers. And yet Good Friday reminds us that God does His greatest work in the darkest moments.
Jesus did not run from suffering. He entered into it. He transformed it. And through it, He brought hope to the world.
Today, we remember that we are never alone in our suffering. The Cross is not the end of the story. Love is stronger. Hope is alive. Resurrection is coming.
If you are grieving today, we are holding you close in prayer. Your pain matters. Your story matters. And there is still light ahead.
🕊️ “God meets us in the darkest place… not by removing the Cross, but by entering it with us.”
With love and hope,
The Purple Project 💜
