Melissa and I were talking at Tyler’s wrestling tournament. She had an awesome idea, so we made it happen at TTS.

Her daughter was having a bday party and Melissa wanted to do something special. So she asked us to do a self defense class for the kids so they could learn valuable self defense lessons and get some energy out at the same time.

It’s was so fun, these girls were amazing and I know they took home so valuable information. 1 always draw attention “HELP, HELP.” 2 create opportunity to run.
