The three panel glass french doors really open the room to the outdoors. There is a separate eating area that seats eight to ten and looks out on the neighborhood and beautiful plantings in the front yard. This eating area also opens to a media space and step-down family room with walls of windows on three sides. The windows look out onto the green and lushly landscaped, private back yard, including the in-ground pool. Pool area is furnished with two round tables (seating for 9) and six chaise lounges. Three bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house from the living areas so it is possible to nap during the day undisturbed. The fourth bedroom is closer to the main living areas. The entire house is WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE since it is basically all on one level (the step down family room is two steps down from the rest of the house but is open to the other rooms). There is driveway parking as well as on-street parking and we have an assortment of five bicycles, two kayaks with life jackets & paddles provided, a John Deere wagon, a new ride-on toy for little ones, various pool/beach toys, beach blankets, and beach chairs. For rainy days there is a garage game room with new, state-of-the-art air hockey table from Frontgate (with automatic score keeping and crowd cheering!) and a heavy duty foosball table. Since owners are enthusiastic cooks and love to entertain, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, lobster pots and utensils, dishes, bowls, flatware, glasses etc. All linens are included. No need to bring extras unless you have very specialized needs or baby equipment (we provide a beautiful new, full size crib, two baby gates, baby monitor and a youth chair to pull up to the table).

It is new, virtually silent, and very efficient, bringing the temperature to a comfortable level in minutes. Owner's family business specializes in the installation and maintenance of these systems so the units are kept in great working order at all times.
