BNI is very fortunate to have amazing leadership for each and every chapter! Today We would like to highlight Tina Compton the President of Victory Lane BNI. Here is a little about her!

1: Tell us about yourself!
I am in BNI Victory Lane- Daytona Beach Chapter. I am a graphic designer, and my company sells promotional products to help other businesses get their message and brand visibility. You can literally put your business message on thousands of useful and fun products.

2: Why did you join BNI?
They actually invited my partner but his schedule was too full so he said I should go. And from my first (no nonsense meeting) I was sold on the process and the givers gain motive. And BNI has been the best thing I have done for not only my business but also for my own personal growth as well.

3: Why you decided to become President?
I had been in other leadership team rolls including education, VP and VH and my current chapter asked me if I would consider being their president and I decided to do it and see what I could bring to the chapter- I hope my legacy is that I elevated the energy of the chapter and motivated others to take on leadership rolls.

My BNI Journey has been one of growth and teamwork. i don’t think my business would have survived the pandemic years had it not been for my BNI family.
