- 9 tablespoons cold butter
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. Cut in the cold butter until you get a coarse, crumbly texture.
