Yoga Date Night!!
A 2 hour experience including partner yoga, couples guided meditation and sound bath.
Open to all couples of all shapes, colors and sizes. This 2 hour yoga date night is focused on couples connecting in a meaningful and creative way. No yoga experience required. There will be some physical movement but modified poses will be offered. Our goal is to get you both moving in a different way, not to make you sweat. We will start with a 15 minute individual warm up to get you comfortable in your body, then we will experiment with some partner yoga movements and stretches for about 45 minutes. We will then lead you on a short put powerful couples guided meditation. Lastly, we will finish with a 30-45 minute relaxing sound bath in which you can choose to cuddle or hold hands with your partner.
*Please bring two yoga mats (we will have 8 available yoga mats for rent) two pillows, water, and two blankets

Yoga Date Night is led by Jennifer Torres Cromwell, LMHC, RYT and Howard Cromwell, RYT. We are a married couple who are both Registered Yoga Teachers who love doing yoga together and hosting events for the mind, body and soul. Jennifer is also a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who has her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Howard is also a Sound Bath Practitioner who is working towards his MBA and Life Coaching Certificate. Jennifer and Howard both believe that a healthy marriage means being intentional and mindful every single day about creating a safe place for connection, communication and play.
