I’m not sorry for what I’m about to do and it might make you feel uncomfortable…

I’m about to give you permission to speak up and speak out because I’m giving myself permission to be louder.

Yesterday I talked about how Black Women are about to see and hear things that can disturb our mindset. It will be hurtful things that will affect us no matter how much we smile.

We’re amazing at smiling through the pain as words pierce us because to some people, we are still viewed as less than…
❌Less than because we are Black
❌Less than because we are Women

But in the words of Dr. Maya Angelou
“Still I Rise”

This is time for us to come together more than ever.

I will not be quiet about preaching the importance of protecting your mindset and your peace.

What can that look like?
✅Knowing and respecting your own boundaries
✅Knowing and Loving yourself fully and completely and Unapologetically
✅Feeling the fear of uncomfortableness and being willing to Stand Out anyway
