Last year, I learned this the hard way. I damaged my hair pretty bad cutting out my locs incorrectly 😩 I had to do a big chop! Maybe 3–4 inches just to start fresh and promote healthy growth. It’s definitely been a journey… some ups and downs, and I still have a little damage I’m working through, but baby, we are on the road to HEALTHY hair 🙌🏽✨
