sition. Current head coaches will share stories about their distinct career paths and unique approaches as a Head Coach. HCTC also features collegiate athletic directors, athletic administrators, search firm executives, conference commissioners, media personnel, industry leaders, leadership experts, and agents who will share their individual perspectives on how coaches can thrive during the search process and succeed as a Head Coach. Since 2016, over 130 attendees have obtained a first-time or new collegiate Head Coach position, including 45 at the Division I level! During HCTC, the Assistant Coach Training Center Track will feature breakout sessions where assistant coaches will learn proven strategies to improve and flourish in their current and future roles. Assistant coaches will also have the opportunity to network with current and future head coaches.
