I find this very inspirational

This is my oldest daughter, Sabrina, she's fourteen years old.

I will admit that my kids are a little ahead of other kids their age because I've made sure to cultivate an environment for them to guarantee that.

Over the past year and a half, Sabrina has been by my side as I was shooting my upcoming show "Cash Flow King."

In that timeframe she learned how to find a deal, the numbers behind it, and how to underwrite a deal. Again, she's only fourteen.

With summer being here, she told me she wanted to do something out of the ordinary. I'm thinking she was going to tell me she wanted to take her friends on a trip somewhere or attend a gymnastics class.

No. I was way off.

She wanted to go to Oxford's Summer Program in London.

The inner entrepreneur wanted to tell her she doesn't need school but then I had to remind myself she's barely a teenager and already educating herself on a completely different level.

The things she wanted to learn in this program will actually help her in the goals she has for herself. Once she gave me that insight, it was full support.

This is a reminder to all parents out there, especially successful ones... your kids might go out and do something great for themselves that you didn't expect. Let them be great.
