But first, I have to tell you how much I absolutely love how this came out, and not to mention… So did she!
When a client sits in my chair, and says the three magic words “I trust you “, or when the client openly accepts all your suggestions as their hairstylist it’s definitely a win in my book.

A couple things to point out here this journey between her and I has definitely grown to this level overtime. And although we’ve done many color variations together for her hair, this hair appointment was a first for her and I. The blue money piece or face framing was not as easy as I thought it would be yes, I am a color correction specialist however, sometimes I forget that fun vivid colors need to be treated differently than my normal go to Redken formulas.

And experience this go around I actually had to correct that beautiful copper color because the Pravana blue bled 😟 my girl here was a trooper throughout the entire appointment simply because I communicated exactly what was happening and what my plans were to correct that hiccup. Hence the trust built between us.

But let’s take a look at this beautiful color combination, and why it works so well…

firstly, the blue is definitely complementary to not only the undertones in her skin, but also to the copper color because of the… Dare I say… Orange 🍊. Secondly, I truly believe that she has such a beautiful vibrant, energetic personality. Got this color combination screams tthose very traits about her 💕
