They were just not providing the kind of services she wished to provide. The feeling of wanting to make a greater impact kept gnawing at her. So, she followed her passion and struck out on her own. Tara utilizes her knowledge and skills from the science of Behavior Analysis to help grow the field through mentoring and training of current and future practitioners. Her motto is, “Work with 1 client, help 1 client. Train practitioners, exponentially increase the number of clients helped!”

Through our RBT ACADEMY, we shape The New RBT - compassionate, ethical providers who put their client first and utilize the principles of ABA to facilitate long-lasting and meaningful change.
