The air feels lighter here, carrying the scent of new growth, and everything seems alive. If you were here, what would you notice first? Let your attention move slowly, through the colors, through the sounds, and through the feeling of the breeze. Write it all down as it comes. Sit along the trail a little longer than you normally would, and see what begins to open within you.
