Recording this song in my mom’s spare room while we were waiting for the house we bought to be ready. I had just finished my first EP but fell out with the people I was working with so I was at a low point at the time, even though I knew I would bounce back, starting with the house. This song ended up being the mantra for the next few years for me. I’m glad I ain’t give up.
