Women with the same weight but different bodies!!!!
Weight isn't everything.
These women weigh the same (70 kg), but their body composition is completely different. What matters is how that weight is distributed!
Don't obsess over the number on the scale, pleeeeease!!!!.
Focus on gaining strength, health, and confidence. Muscle weighs, but it also shapes.
Two bodies can weigh the same and look completely different.
