He excels at everything he does. Chef Fernando initiated his career in the culinary arts in the city of Madrid, Spain. From there he has traveled through many countries and kitchens. His passion has guided him to learn the flavors and curiosity of diverse cultures. He has been in this atmosphere for over ten years and now he is learning the art of Pastry and Baking. He is going to a renowned culinary school and has been the recipient of the Honor Roll several times. He is in his final stage of his course. Three more classes and he will graduate. WHAT IS CHEF STUDIO’S FIRST STUDIO? In our first studio we are taking on Spain; the New Culinary Mecca of the World. We will name it PAELLA STUDIO.
