Third officer this year shot in simulation training. Two dead, one critical is the count for this year. Mind numbing. It isn't that complicated, folks. But organizations somehow still ignore the safety guidelines. Mind numbing. My heart goes out to the families of the fallen. This is 100 percent preventable.
